This course provides an excellent opportunity to learn essential knife skills to maximise the flavours in wholesome recipes using seasonal produce. Even the most confident home cooks can lack basic knife skills, which once mastered, can transform the flavours you create in the kitchen. Our professional chef, Paul Bough will start by teaching the correct way to hold a knife and move on to slicing, dicing and julienne methods,you will learn fascinating facts about the metal and how the blades are made and most importantly how to sharpen your knife correctly ! You can be confident your knife skill levels will improve and have great fun at the same time. You will create a wonderful meal and at the end of the class, we will all sit and enjoy the fruits of your labour, with a well earned glass of wine!
